On 28/05/21, a big event took place for the village of Yavas (100 years since its formation).
MUZA.agency carried out the organizational and technical part of the event.
For a more detailed understanding of the features of major events (and our work on them), let’s look at both parts in more detail.
The organizational part of such events always requires numerous agreements with all participating parties and includes (at least):
▫ maintaining contractual, reporting and project documentation;
▫ ️planning project deadlines, resources, and budgets;
▫ ️forming a project team and setting tasks;
▫ ️control of execution by terms, results and quality,
as well as (often) solving issues related to the safety (of spectators and artists) at the event, basic landscaping of the built-up area (water, toilets, organization of backstage, etc.) and advertising/promotion of the event (if required).
The preparation of the technical part of this event consisted of the following stages:
1. Discussion with the customer of the idea, the formation of the TOR;
2. Site measurements and development of a layout plan for the stage complex;
3. Development of drawings of the stage (with the size of the banners).);
4. Creating a 3D model (site and stage complex) and visualizing the object;
5. Discussion and coordination with the RPG of the chronology of the show, drawing up the technical specifications. timings, order of performance and technical features of the staged part;
6. Preparation of a consolidated technical rider for all artists;
7. Coordination of technical riders and headliners of the event;
8. Video content development;
9. Organization of video broadcasting;
10. Installation ➡ ️ work at the event ➡ ️ dismantling of the stage, sound and video equipment.
We know all this, we are able to do it, we have been doing it for many years and on our conscience.
The event was held at the stadium of the village of Yavas. The official part of the event was opened by the acting Head of the Republic of Moldova – A. A. Zdunov, followed by a festive parade with the participation of employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service and demonstration performances of dog handlers. The special forces “Cheetah” demonstrated the skills of countering terrorists, and the Republican DOSAAF congratulated the paratroopers with a demonstration performance.
Many artists took part in the concert part of the event. The headliners were Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Alexey Glyzin, the groups “Tutsi” and “Konets Filma”.
