- Probably, no one even imagines how relevant the cult work of Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov is today for the viewer. Who is to blame for the story of the charming dog? Professor Preobrazhensky or Commissar Shvonder? And is Sharik himself an evil dog or a small child who is blindly used by both medicine and government officials? The audience received answers to these and other questions by watching the performance “Heart of a Dog” permeated with irony and humor, staged by the wonderful director Valery Sarkisov.
